Gabriel Vallejo

From Buenos Aires - Argentina
 
In Paris since 1998, he has worked in various musical ensembles (tango, jazz and latin music)
in many European countries (France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Portugal and  Spain).
An unclassifiable musician of divers musical styles, he composed pieces for various musical ensembles :
duets, trios, quartets, big band, orchestra, etc.
  
  Has given public concerts in Argentina (Theatre Municipal Santa Fe in 1998), in Paris the list includes: The St. Merri church (1999),
Theatre "La Vieille Grille" (2002-2004),  Theatre of St. Louis Island (2002), The club "L'Entrepot" (2003), Théâtre de l'Ermitage (2005),
Maison d'Amerique Latine and numerous concerts in the student's residence at the "Cité Universitaire de Paris" (for the U.S.A Fondation,
Switzerland Fond., Argentinian Fond. and the Sweden and German Residences). Several Festivals in France: Festival des Arts et de la Vigne 
 (Châtillon en Diois, 2006), Espace Beaujon  (Paris 2006), Festival International Tango (Tarbes 2007), Festival Trans'latines (Paris 2007),
Cité des Arts (Paris 2008), Théâtre du Casino (Aix-les-Bains 2008).  Other international concerts include: Summer festival at the "Café Parc"
in Liége (Belgium - 2004), "The Flamenco, and World Music Festival in Zafra, Extremadura (Spain 2004), Tango Festival in Ettlingen (Germany 2005),
Workshops and concerts in Ondajazz and Cefalopode (Lisbon, Portugal 2006), Espaço Celeiros  (Évora, Portugal 2006),
Plaza Civica in Rosario (Argentina 2006), Kirche St. Peter auf dem Berg (Wiesbaden, Germany 2007), and Eisenach Jazz Club (Germany 2007).
   
 Also worked as a Jazz and Music-Hall pianist with several European cruise ship ensembles for Holland America and Costa Cruises (2001 & 2008).
   
Since 2003, he has worked accompanying  classical and contemporary dance  in Paris for Monique Arabian, Yvonne Meyer, Jennifer Goubé,
Gailene Stock, Sarah Rayna, Gerard Sibbritt, Sherry Sable, Alice Psaroudaki,  Gilles Guillaumes, Stephane Prince between others.
Also he work in Paris for the International Dance Academy, the American Dance Academy,
and the Dance Conservatory in Drancy and Neuilly sur Marne villages.
 
He has also composed classical and contemporary dance pieces for solo piano.
Having recently signed with the label “Revisited Music” / Universal Music,
Gabriel, is currently devoting himself to spreading his music and talent via his various ensembles:
a quartet, trio, duos and solo projects, with a repertoire of compositions and his personal arrangements.

Certified Music Professor, specialized in piano (Argentina, 1995).
Writing music and counterpoint harmonization with : Roque de Pedro and Rodolfo Daluicio (Argentina,1994).
Orchestration  with Philippe Capdenat and Michel Connesson  (Paris, 1998/03).
Jazz Arrangements for Big Band with Pierre Bertrand (Paris, 1998/02) 
Arrangements and piano perfection with  Bernard Maury, Gustavo Beytelmann, Edgardo Beilin,
Susana Bonora (Tecnica del movimiento Conciente - Fedora Aberastury).
